A few questions about this hostboard..

I've been wondering... What is that "Member Rated" thingy under the members' names? And I've been having a problem with my buddy list, I can't see anyone's names on it... [img]confused.gif[/img] I don't get it... [img]graemlins/sleepy.gif[/img]
Can anyone help me out?
